Trip Description
This cycling tour takes you to the Sezibwa waterfalls which are located east of Kampala’s capital, Ssezibwa waterfalls remain a key area of interest for most visitors en route to Jinja or on a tour to Eastern Uganda. It is a beautiful natural wonder, that brings together natural charm and culture. Ssezibwa is one of the treasured cultural heritage sites in the Buganda Kingdom. If you are down for a little more challenging tour but with only one day to spare, then this might be just the thing for you – the ultimate combination of adrenaline, fun, and nature. At 8:00 am, we pick you up from the Beach House Garden in Ggaba, have a mini boat cruise on the lake, and make it to the Buule landing site about 15-20mins later. The Lake Victoria peninsular allows for a moderately challenging cycling experience with stunning views through single-track dirt roads. The routes through the tea farms culminate into the exhilarating Sezibwa Falls, offering a much-needed relaxation break like no other.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Day Description
After a filling breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and be transferred to the starting point of our ride, Beach House Gardens at 8 am in the morning, take a boat that will transfer you to the starting point (Buule Landing site), and do a ride of 65 – 75km to the Sezibwa waterfalls. These spectacular waterfalls are believed to have been born by humans a hundred years ago. When you get to the waterfalls, you will of course have time for pictures and then ride back to the starting point. (Hotel pick upon request).
